Your personal scorecard
Everything on this page is live data from your sales. The numbers update every time the pipeline runs. You see your own performance, your company targets, and paths to hit your commission goal. Every cell is clickable — click any number to drill into the transactions behind it.
How you earn commission — iSystem's 4 rules
0.5%
on Apple device sales
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch. Every JD 1,000 device = JD 5 commission.
1%
on Apple accessories
Apple-branded cases, chargers, AirPods, cables, keyboards.
3%
on 3rd-party accessories
JCPal, Anker, Belkin, and all non-Apple brands. Highest rate — push these.
JD 5
per Care+ unit
Flat JD 5 every time a customer takes iSystem Care+. Paid on the spot.
These rates are set by iSystem — you can't change them. They apply to every sale you close.
What's in each section below
KPITop stat row
What it is: Revenue · Transactions · Care% · Upg% · Units Sold
How to read: Your month-to-date snapshot. Click any card to drill into the proof (the actual transactions).
What to watch: Watch Care%: below 20% is flagged red. Watch Upg%: above 60% means you're leaving accessories on the table.
00Company Targets
What it is: What management assigns you each month: Revenue, Apple accessories, 3rd-party accessories, Care+ units.
How to read: Pace bars show if you're AHEAD / ON PACE / BEHIND. The bar fills by elapsed day of the month — if it's day 15 of 30, you should be at 50%. Use the Daily/Weekly/Monthly toggle to change the time frame.
What to watch: If no targets are set, click ⚙ targets to enter them. Targets are stored in your browser.
01My Commission Goal
What it is: Your personal commission target for this month. The system tells you how much you've earned (broken into device/Apple acc/3P acc/Care+) and projects where you'll finish at your current pace.
How to read: Click ⚙ edit goal to enter how much you want to earn. The system reverse-engineers 5 realistic paths to hit it, each calibrated to YOUR 90-day sales pattern — not theoretical maxima.
What to watch: Each path has a stretch rating: EASY / STRETCH / HARD. Paths that close the full gap alone turn green. Be honest with yourself about which paths you can actually execute.
02Peer Comparison
What it is: Your metrics (Revenue, Transactions, Care%, Upg%) vs the average employee in your branch for the current month.
How to read: Diff column shows how far above/below average you are — green means above, red means below.
What to watch: Click 'You' or 'Branch Avg' to drill into the underlying data.
03Revenue Trend
What it is: Your last 6 months of monthly revenue, as horizontal bars.
How to read: Each bar is one month. Click any bar to drill into that month's daily breakdown — see every day of the month and every category you sold.
What to watch: Look for seasonality patterns and your best/worst months.
04Coaching — Upgradeable Sales
What it is: iPhone sales in the last 30 days where no accessories were attached — 'upgradeable sales' are missed opportunities.
How to read: Each row is one missed upsell. Click the date/device/amount to see the full transaction receipt.
What to watch: Use this for self-coaching: what was happening on these transactions? Were you rushed? Did you forget to ask? Aim to reduce this list every week.
05Today's Shift
What it is: A live pulse of today's sales compared to yesterday, same weekday last week, and your 30-day daily average.
How to read: Each row is one metric (revenue, tx, units, Apple devices, Care+). The 'vs avg' column shows how today is pacing compared to your normal day.
What to watch: Use this mid-shift to decide if you need to push harder. If today's revenue is -30% vs your norm by 2pm, something's off — adjust.
06My Rank in Branch
What it is: Where you rank among your branch peers on 5 metrics: Revenue, Transactions, Care+, Upg% (lower = better), Units.
How to read: Each card shows your rank out of N peers, plus your actual value. Green = top quartile. Red = bottom quartile. Medals for top 3.
What to watch: Ranks are based on this month's KPIs. Celebrate #1s, learn from #last. Understanding your relative position is more useful than raw numbers.
07Biggest Wins This Month
What it is: Your top 5 transactions this month by total JD — celebrate what you closed.
How to read: Ordered biggest to smallest. Click any row to see the full receipt (every line item in the transaction).
What to watch: Study your biggest wins: what did you attach? What items upgrade a sale from medium to huge? Repeat those patterns.
Tips for using this terminal
  • Every cell is clickable — numbers, names, dates, amounts. Clicking drills into the underlying transactions.
  • Sort any table — click a column header to sort ascending/descending. Useful for finding your highest-value or worst-performing rows.
  • Your 90-day pattern drives commission paths — if your pattern is weak, the paths will look harder. That's accurate, not a bug.
  • 3rd-party accessories pay the highest rate (3%). If your accessory attach is low, this is your easiest commission lever.
  • Refresh — click the Refresh button at the top to pull the latest data. Data refreshes when the pipeline runs (typically every 15 min).
  • Targets are private to your browser — other employees won't see them. Set whatever ambition you like.
